Delivery and Returns Procedures

Please identify yourselves with the following delivery and returns procedures and statuses before consulting us regarding your delivery or returns.

Delivery Procedures:

Status: Pending Order

This status means that we are waiting for your payments to clear.

Status: Processing

This status means we are currently processing your order to prepare it for shipment. The duration of this status depends purely upon the size and type of order you have requested. We will need to bless and secure your order prior to shipment. This can take up to 72 hours. Please note, we may contact you via telephone, regarding your order to confirm it, so please ensure that the telephone number you have provided is valid and up to date as this can lead to further delays in processing.

Status: Shipping
This status confirms that your item(s) has been shipped and the tracking number for your package will and can be supplied.

Returns Procedures:

For customers wishing to return item(s) and practice their rights under the Distance Selling Act.

Returns Type 1: Within 7 days of delivery.

If you wish to return your item(s) within 7 days of receipt of the goods, you will need to express your wish to by writing a letter to the business address, which can be retrieved by emailing: info@healingcrystalstones.com.

Once this confirmation is received we will await delivery of the goods back to us, before issuing you a full refund of the item(s), minus the postage costs.

$132.50 USD + Postage £8.00
$10.60 USD = Refunded Amount £100.00
$132.50 USD.

Returns Type 2: After 7 days of delivery.

If you have received the goods for over 7 days, you will have the right to return the goods, back to us within 30 days. However, there will be a charge for these late returns, a 15% Restocking & Administration fee will be deducted and only 85% (minus the postage costs) will be refunded back to you along the same method paid to us.

$132.50 USD + Postage £8.00
$10.60 USD = Refunded Amount £85.00
$112.62 USD.

Returns Type 1: Within 30 days of delivery.

If you wish to return the goods, you will have the right to return the goods, back to us within 30 days. However, there will be a charge of a 15% Restocking & Administration fee that will be deducted and only 85% (minus the postage costs) will be refunded back along the same method paid to us.

You will also be required to email us and request a RMA Number including your reason to return the item(s).

Returns Type 1: After 30 days of delivery.

After 30 days of having the item(s) delivered, Mani Zone will not be able to make or accept any returns. No amount will be refunded.

We have revised our postal services. Mani Zone will no longer be using the local postal services and all parceling will now be redirected through DHL as of immediate effect. This change has been made to ensure your items reach you in a quick and secure fashion. The consequent changes in prices will affect smaller orders more than larger orders placed with us.

**PLEASE NOTE**

We strongly suggest you return the item(s) using recorded delivery and a tracking number to ensure the goods are received without difficulty. Once they are received we will issue you with the funds you are entitled to in accordance to your personal circumstances as per the above procedures.

Exploitation of our Returns Procedures will be dealt with seriously. We will not accept future orders from customers who abuse our policies; this applies to Mani Zone and any other of our associated websites. The abuse will be determined by us, and also the reason for return, especially when orders have been made on 3 occasions and been returned – this will automatically ban the customer from trading with us again.
